Miedico returned to her alma mater in the fall of 2021 as an assistant coach on the field hockey team.
In her first season back with the Warriors, she earned her first victory on the sidelines Oct. 10 when Merrimack scored in overtime to top Saint Francis, 3-2, at Duane Stadium. The team also had a large haul of postseason academic awards, as 14 players were honored on the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad, including four players that had earned the distinction for the third season in a row.
The Windham, N.H. native was a four-year member of the Warriors from 2016-19 and appeared in 16 career games. She was on the 2018 NE-10 championship team and appeared in the 2018 NCAA tournament. Miedico also helped the team make the transition to Division I play during the 2019 campaign. She was also honored with the Joseph P Daley Award, which is given out in recognition of outstanding character and unheralded service to the Merrimack community. She was an assistant coach at her high school alma mater, Windham High School, and Regis College before she returned to North Andover.
She is currently the U16 and U19 coach at Seacoast United Field Hockey Club.
She graduated from Merrimack in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and is in the midst of pursuing her master's in rehabilitation science at Lasell University.
