- As a high school senior, she was the captain of the Metro East Conference and Kaposia Classic champions, while being named a Minnesota Ms. Hockey Semi-finalist, an All-State and Academic All-State selection, the Athena Award recipient, the Metro East Conference Player of the Year, a member of the Star Tribune All-Metro Second Team, All-Conference, the Hill-Murray Girls' Hockey Player of the Year, and a Pioneer Press East Metro Player of the Year Finalist.
- As a junior, Kaufman was named a member of All-Conference as a member of the Metro East Conference Champions, Section 4AA Champions, and team with a MSHSL Class AA State Tournament appearance.
- As a sophomore, she was an All-Conference Honorable Mention, with her team finishing as Metro East Conference Champions, Section 4AA Champions, and MSHSL Class AA State Tournament appearance.
- As a freshman, Kaufman was named Hill-Murray Varsity Hockey Breakout Player of the Year, as the team finished as Metro East Conference Champions, Section 4AA Champions, and MSHSL Class AA State Tournament third place finishers.
