• Placed 37th out of 105 runners at the Shacklette Invitational (9/2)
• Finished 90th out of 150 runners at the NE10 Championships (10/22)

• Competed at six meets his sophomore year
• Posted a new personal-best in the 5000m (16:14.51) at the 2018 NE10 Indoor Championship (2/17-2/18)
• Posted a new personal-best in the 3000m (9:17.01) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9-2/10)
• Highest finish was third place in the 5000m (16:28.89) at the USM Open III (1/27)

• Competed in six meets during his outdoor season
• Set an outdoor personal best in the 1500m race (4:12.68) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28)
• Recorded an outdoor personal best in the 5K (15:56.11) and placed eighth at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21)
• Had a personal-best outdoor time of 35:46.55 in the 10K at the Coach Pollard Invitational (4/13-4/14)

2016-17
