- Ran in four events during the 2019 cross country season
- Finished a season-best 11th place at the Codfish Bowl (29:19.0)
- Raced the 8K at the CCSU Mini-Meet with a season-best time of 16:54.0
- Finished first in the 800m at the Merrimack-Assumption duel meet
- Finished third in the Steeplechase at the SNHUÂ Spring Invitational
2018-19
Cross Country
- Competed in six events as a freshman
- Placed 32nd at Shacklette (9/1) in his debut
- Finished a season best 21st at UMass Dartmouth (9/15)
- Ran a personal best 27:40.8 at Kirsh Cup (10/20)
Before Merrimack
- Attended Newfane High School and was a member of the cross country and track & field teams
- Earned first team all-league and fifth team all-state honors as a senior
- Helped team win Niagara Orleans and state sectional tittles
- Was a top-10 finisher at the state sectional meet
- Helped team finish in third place at the state championship meet
- Won the 800m, 16000m relay and 3200m relay titles during the track and field season
