Cross Country

• Team captain
• Competed in all seven events as a senior
• Had two top-five finishes
• Placed 15th at the Shacklette (9/1) in season debut
• Placed second at Codfish Bowl (9/22) 
• Ran to a top-five finish and ran a season-best time of 25:44.1 at Kirsh Cup (10/20)
• Placed 33rd at both the NE10 Championship (11/4) and the NCAA East Regional (11/17) to conclude his cross country career on a stellar note

2017-18

Cross Country

• Ran in seven races as a junior
• Finished ninth at teh Shacklete Invitational, with a time of 27:27 (9/2)
• Ran his season-best time of 27:25.2 at the Bowdoin Invitational (9/16)

• Competed in six meets during the indoor season
• Posted a personal best in the 5000m race (15.37.21) at the NE10 Indoor Championships (2/17-2/18)
• Won the 5000m race at the USM Open (1/27) with a time of 15:47.77

• Competed in five outdoor meets
• Ran a personal best in the 10K (33.44.53) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5)
• Finished fourth in the 5K with a personal best time of 15:45.57 at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21), his best finish during the season
• Ran a personal best in the 1500m race at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/7)

2016-17

Cross Country 

• Competed in five meets as a sophomore
• Ran his season best time of 27:45 at the NE10 Championships (10/22)
• Competed in Regionals finishing 69^th overall, Finishing 7^th for Merrimack (11/5) 

• Placed second in the 3000 meter at the USM III meet
