2019-20

• Ran in all five events during the 2019 cross country season
• Finished a season-best 4th place at the Codfish Bowl (27:49.0)
• Raced the 8K at the CCSU Mini-Meet with a season-best time of 15:55.4
• Finished in 24th place at the NEC Championship Meet

2018-19

• Competed in three events as a sophomore
• Had two top-15 finishes
• Placed 12th at Shacklette (9/1) and 13th at Codfish Bowl (9/22)
• Ran a personal best 27:12.49 at UMass Dartmouth (9/15)

2017-18

• Competed at four meets as a freshman
• Posted a personal-best in the 3000m (9:12.24) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/17-2/18)
• Finished second in the 5000m (16:25.24) at the USM Open III (1/27), his highest finish of the season

• Competed in five meets during the outdoor season in the 5K and 1500m races
• Had a pair of 11th place finishes in the 5K at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28) and the Merrimack Invitational (4/21)
• Had a personal best in the 5K (16:14.66) at the Black & Gold Invitational at Bryant (3/31)

• Attended Scarborough High School.
• Competed in both cross country and track & field his junior and senior years.
• SMAA All-Conference First Team for XC and Third Team for Track & Field.
• XC All-State Honorable Mention, SMAA All-Academic, and captain during senior year.
• Member of the 4x800 Indoor State Championship team as a senior. Placed third in the 1600m at the Class A State Championships for both indoor and outdoor seasons.
• Junior year he was a member of the 4x800 Indoor Sate Championships that set state record. Set school record in the Outdoor 4x800 State Championship team.
