- Played plenty of time on the penalty kill, as indicative of his 23 blocked shots, which ranked among the most by forwards
- Was also one of the team's top faceoff men, going 280-244 on the draw (53.4%)
- Had a pair of clutch outings in the playoffs, scoring a goal in a win at UMass Lowell to help sweep that series (3/3) before tying his career-high with two points at Boston College (3/10)

Missed most of the second half of the season with an injury.
Before Merrimack: Spent two seasons with Youngstown Phantoms (USHL) ... Appeared in 39 games in 2013-14, finishing with 16 points (3g, 13a) while serving as team captain ...
