Matt LaMalfa will be spending his 11th season at Merrimack College in 2018-19. He serves as the Director of Ice Hockey Services.

A former student equipment manager, LaMalfa is responsible for overseeing equipment upkeep and inventory, as well as team travel, purchasing, and internal operations for the team. He also assists equipment manager Kevin Rourke with departmental projects.

LaMalfa is a 2012 graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in Communication Studies and completed his Masters of Higher Education at Merrimack in 2013.

A Portland, Connecticut, native, LaMalfa currently resides in North Andover.
