Biography
2019-20 (Indoor)
- Ran in ten total meets during the 2019-20 indoor season
- Set two personal records in two separate events
- Silver Medalist in the 400m at the NEC Championships
- Established a personal best in the 500m during the Emmanuel Invite (1:04.82)
- Set a PR in the 600m at the Bowdoin Invitational finishing in first place (1:22.40)
2017-18
Indoor Track & Field
- Competed in 10 meets his sophomore year
- Recorded six first place finishes during the indoor season
- Posted a personal-best in the 400m (48.73) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9-2/10)
- Posted a personal-best in the 200m (22.54) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-1/27)
- Posted a personal-best in the 600m (1:23.28) at the 2018 Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational (1/13) which put him in first place for that event
Outdoor Track & Field
- Competed in five meets during the outdoor season
- Set a personal-best outdoor record in the 400m dash (49.20) and finished sixth at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5). Also ran a personal best outdoor record in the 200m dash (22.72)
- Was on the second place 4x100m relay team at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28), while setting an outdoor personal best in the 100m dash (11.33)
- Finished second on the 4x400 relay team and third in the 400m dash at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21)
Before Merrimack:
- Previously Attended Plymouth State University
- Attended Methuen High School
- Received John Hannigan Award for best track and football athlete during senior year.Â
- Most Valuable performance for both the indoor and outdoor season in high school.
- MVC All-Conference in the 400m (Outdoor) and 600m (indoor) and 4x400m relay (Junior year).
- All State recognition in the 600m (Indoor) and 4x800m relay (Outdoor) during senior year.
- Served as captain for both the indoor and outdoor teams.
- New Balance Nationals qualifier during 1600m relay during junior year.
- Was named Most Improved Performer during junior year and received coaches award.
