Cross Country

• Competed in four events as a senior
• Placed 51st out of 65 runners at teh Shacklette Invitational (9/2) and 63rd out of 105 runners at the Bowdoin Invitational (9/16)
• Had a time of 30:27 at the Codfish Bowl (9/23)
• Earned a 123rd place finish at the NE10 Championships (10/22)

• Competed in six meets during his senior indoor season
• Had four top 20 finishes.
• His best finish was an 11th place finish at the URI Coaches Tribute (2/9) in the 800m race (2:05.08

• Ran in six meets during the outdoor season
• Ran a personal best in the 3000 steeplechase (10:41.63 and placed fourth at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21). Was also on the fourth place 4x400 relay team

2016-17
Cross Country 

• Competed in five meets as a junior
• Ran his season best time of 28:01 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (9/3)

• Placed first in the 4x8 relay and fifth in the 800 meter dash at the Gordon Kelly Invitational

• Placed third in the 4x4 relay at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite

2015-16
Cross Country
Ran in three of seven races… Placed 52nd at the Shacklette Invitational (9/5) ... Finished 35th at the Cod Fish Bowl (9/26).

Indoor Track & Field 
Competed in five meets as a sophomore … Competed in the 800m, 1000m, mile, and 4x800… Competed as part of the 4x800m team at the NE10 Championships.

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in six meets as a sophomore … Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x400 … Competed in the 800m at the NE10 Championships running a time of 2:00.65

2014-15
Cross Country
Ran in five of seven events ... Made collegiate debut at Shacklette Invitational posting 45th-place with a time of 30:15.6 (9/6).

Indoor Track & Field
Ran in four meets as a freshman … Finished ninth with the relay team in the distance medley relay and 20^th in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:06.72 at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/21) … Placed second with the relay team in the 4x400m and tallied a second place finish in the 600m run at the Gordon Kelly Invitational (2/14) … Placed sixth in the 4x800m relay at the Tufts Invitational (1/17).

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in five meets … Placed eighth with the relay team in the 4x800m and 45^th in the 800m run at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1-2) … Finished 16^th in the 1500m run at the 2015 Jim Sheehan Invitational (4/4) and 17^th in the 800m at the Tufts Snowflake Classic (3/28) … Recorded season-best times of 2:03.59 in the 800m at the Coach P Open (4/10-11) and 4:20.03 in the 1500m at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/24). 

Before Merrimack: Four-year letterwinner in cross country, basketball and track & field ... Recipient of the SMAA Citizenship Award as a senior, nominated by administrators and staff signifying excellence on and off the field in the areas of sportsmanship and community service.
