2017-18
Indoor Track & Field

• Competed in 10 meets during his junior indoor season
• Posted a personal best in the 60m (7.15) at the NE10 Indoor Championships (2/17-2/18)
• Posted a second place finish at the Reggie Poyau Memorial (1/13) in the 55m (6.63), which was also a personal best
• Won the 100m dash and was on the 4x200 relay team that won at the RIC Invitational (12/9)

• Competed in four meets during his junior outdoor season
• Was on the eighth place 4x400 relay team at the New England Outdoor Championships
• Recorded four top-10 finishes (100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5)
• Was on the 4x100 first place relay team at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21) and came in second in the 100m dash

2016-17
Indoor Track & Field:

• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Indoor Team.
• Named to the NE10 All-Conference Indoor  Team.
• Placed fourth in the 400 meter dash at the 2016 Jay Carisella Track and Field Invitational
• Took third place in the 600 meter dash at the 2017 Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational 
• Earned first place in the 400 meter dash at the 2017 Bowdoin Indoor Invitational #2
• Competed at the NE-10 Indoor Championship placing second in both the 200 and 400 meter dash
• Placed fifth in the 200 meter dash at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championship

Outdoor Track & Field:

• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Outdoor Team
• Named to the NE10 All-Conference Outdoor Team
• Placed first in the 4x1 relay and second in the 100 meter dash  at the 7th Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational
• Took first place in the 4x1 relay and second place in both the 100 and 200 meter dash at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite
• Competed at the NE-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships earning second place in the 4x4 relay, and both rounds of the 200 meter dash, third place in the 4x1 relay, and fourth place in the 100 meter dash
• Placed fifth in the 4x1 relay at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

2015-16:
Indoor Track & Field: Northeast-10 All-Conference Third Team...USTFCCCA All-East Region (200m)...NE-10 Track Rookie of the Week (2/8)...Posted the second-fastest times in program history in both the 200m and the 400m...Third-place finish in the 200m and fourth-place finish in the 400m at NE-10’s...Ninth-place finish at New England’s in the 200m...Ran the second-fastest time in the 200m in the NE-10 this season.

Outdoor Track & Field: Northeast-10 All-Conference First Team...Won first NE10 Championship in the 200m, winning by .01 seconds...Finished seventh at the New England Championship in the 200m...Part of school-record holding 4x100m team that posted multiple first-place finishes

Before Merrimack: Member of the track and field team at Riverhead ... All-League in 4x400m as a freshman ... All-Long Island and ranked eighth in the nation among sophomores as a sophomore ... Led team to indoor and outdoor championships and named All-County as a junior..Placed third at New York State indoor championships in the 300m and placed eighth at New Balance Outdoor Nationals as a junior ... County and League champion and ranked eighth in New York and 31st nationally in 300m as a senior ...
