2019-20 (Indoor)

• Ran in seven total meets during the 2019-20 indoor season
• Set three personal records in three separate events
• Finished second place in the 1000m at the 2020 Bowdoin Invitational (2:34.60)
• Established a PR in the mile during the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (4:18.24) 
• Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the 2020 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships (8:36.08)

2018-19

Cross Country

• Team captain
• Competed in seven events as a junior
• Had two top-10 finishes and five top-25 finishes
• Won the UMass Dartmouth Invitational JV race with a season best time of 26:40.67 (9/15)
• Placed ninth at the Codfish Bowl (9/22) and 24th at the NE10 Championships, just missing all-conference accolades
• Finished 34th at NCAA East Regional Championships (11/17) with a time of 34:06.80

2017-18

Cross Country

• Competed in seven events as a sophomore
• Had a time of 28.32 at the Shacklette Invitational (9/2) and 27:52.7 at the Bowdoin Invitational (9/16).
• Finished 31st out of 119 runners at teh Codfish Bowl (9/23)
• Had a time of 28:06 at the New England's (10/7)
• Placed 45th at the NE10 Championships, with a time of 26:53.35 (10/22).
• Placed 44th with a time of 34:28.7 at Regionals (11/4).
• Competed at Nationals, finishing 191st overall (11/18).

• Competed in six meets during the indoor season
• Ran a personal best of 4:27.96 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-1/27) 
• Posted a second place finish in the 4x800 relay at the Bowdoin Invitational (1/20) 
• Ran the mile in 4:30.17 and finished second at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational (1/13)

• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season
• Had a personal best time in the 5K (15:37.60) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5)
• Ran a personal best in the 1500 race (4:06.68) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28), placing 11th in the race
• Was fifth in the 1500m race at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21)

2016-17

Cross Country

• Competed in five meets as a freshman.
• Ran his season best time of 28:06 at the Codfish Bowl invitational, finishing 26^th (9/24) 

Before Merrimack: Four-year member of the cross country team at Pinkerton ... Posted a top-five finish at the NHIAA Division I State Championships in all four years at Pinkerton ... Finished fifth in the 1000M at the state championships as a sophomore and junior ... Posted a third-place finish as a senior at the state championships
