CROSS COUNTRY

• Competed in three events as a senior. 
• Had a time of 28:07 for a 41st place finish at the Shacklette Invite (9/2).
• Placed 35th out of 105 runners at the Bowdoin Invite (9/16).
• Finished 52nd of 119 runners at the Codfish Bowl (9/23)
• Placed 86th out of 150 runners at the NE10 Championships (10/22).

• Competed in four meets the indoor season
• Highest finishes on the season were a sixth-place finish at the 3000m (1/27) and another sixth-place finish during the 4x800 at the NE10 Championships (2/17-2/18)
• Three top-20 finishes on the season

• Competed in four meets in the outdoor season
• Had a third place finish in the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28) in the 3000 steeplechase (11:37.90)
• Was on 4x400 fourth place relay team at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21) and finished fifth in the 800m race (2:10.46)

2016-17

CROSS COUNTRY

• Competed in one meet as a junior.
• Ran his season best time of 29:13 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (9/3)

• Placed first in the mile at the USM III meet
• Took fourth place in the distance medley relay at the NE-10 championship

CROSS COUNTRY
2015: Ran in one race as a sophomore, finishing 33rd at the Shacklette Invitational (9/5).

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Competed in five  meets as a sophomore … Competed in the 800, 4x8, Mile, and 3000m… Finished 2nd in the 3000m at the Art Farnham invitational. Competed in the 800m at NE10’s

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Competed in five meets … Competed in the 4x4, 1500m, and 800m. Competed in NE10’s in the 1500m with a time of 4:13.08.

2014-15

CROSS COUNTRY
Ran in four of seven races ... Posted three consecutive top-40 finishes ... Placed 30th in the Shacklette Invitational (9/6).

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Ran in four meets as a freshman … Tallied a second place finish with the relay team in the 4x400m and an 11^th place finish in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:10.04 at the Gordon Kelly Invitational (2/14).

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Competed in six meets … Finished eighth with the relay team in the 4x800m and 38^th in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:02.25 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1-2) … Placed 22^nd in the 800m at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/24) and at the Coach P Open (4/10-11). 

Before Merrimack: Four-year letterwinner on track & field team, two-year letterwinner on cross country team at Colonie Central ... Also recruited by Sacred Heart, New Hampshire and Tampa.
