Harold Sachs has been with the Merrimack Warriors since 2017 after an impressive tenure in New Hampshire high school softball. 

Previously, Sachs spent 32 years as the head coach at Salem High School, ending his time as the winningest coach in New Hampshire softball history with a 611-88 record. His Salem Blue Devils' teams won 15 state titles and had two pitchers under his tutelage earn Gatorade Player of the Year awards.

Sachs also coached current softball coach Elaine Schwager when she was a player at Salem High School. His focus with the Warriors remains with the team's pitching staff.
