Devan Malcolm

Devan Malcolm begins her second season at Merrimack College in 2025.  She was hired as an assistant and goalkeepers coach in August 2024. Malcolm comes to Merrimack after a stint as an assistant and goalkeeper coach at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, North Carolina and from Boca Raton, Florida, where she closed out her collegiate soccer career as the starting goalkeeper for NCAA Division II Lynn University, while also earning her Master's degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management from Lynn University. Malcolm played four seasons of NCAA Division I soccer at Quinnipiac University, while obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
 
Malcolm's experience in North Carolina also included work as a youth soccer coach for both the High Country Soccer Association and North Carolina ODP. Malcolm's responsibilities included developing individualized sessions for each goalkeeper to work on building skill and working with the rest of her staff to develop practice plans and game day tactics.
