A 2009 alumna of Merrimack College and former member and captain of the women's soccer program, Jen Conway begins her third season as an assistant coach of the women's soccer team in 2018.
 
Conway returns to Merrimack by way of Salem Academy Charter School, where she has been the head coach of the varsity girls soccer team.  Prior to Salem Academy, Conway spent three years as the head coach of the varsity girls soccer team at Whitinsville Christian School.
 
During her four years playing with the Warriors, Conway played in 80 games and made 66 starts. As a freshman, she was named Rookie of the Year.  She was named captain as a senior in 2008 and proceeded to have a top-notch season, earning Northeast-10 All-Conference, NSCAA All-East Region and NEWISA All-New England honors.
 
Conway graduated with a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Merrimack in 2009.  She then completed her master's degree in elementary education at Southern New Hampshire University, earning her degree in 2011.
 
Conway resides in Salem, Mass., and is currently a math teacher at Salem Academy Charter School.
