Jason Miller

    Player Leadership Coordinator

Miller returns to Merrimack College for his fourth consecutive season as the Player Leadership Coordinator in 2025.  He will be continuing our mental discipline and motivation program that he had created for the 2023 season. Previously, Miller last coached at Merrimack 20 years ago from 1998-2003. The team amassed a 115-33-3 record over those years and qualified for the NCAA playoffs in ’99,’01,’02,&’03. He coached first team All-American Alison Skoglund and All-Regional Erika Paiva.
 
Following his initial time with Merrimack, Miller coached the goalkeepers in 2015 & 2016 with DIII Babson College’s women’s team. In 2015 the team received their first ever NCAA tournament bid and broke the single season’s shutout record with 14 shutouts that season.  Both of his goalkeepers received most improved and team MVP awards as voted on by their teammates. 
 
Miller attended Babson College and was a member of the 1991 soccer team that reached the NCAA DIII Final Four that year. 
 
Miller lives in Natick, Mass. with his wife Gail and his daughter Kateri, who recently finished grad school at Northeastern University.   Professionally, Jason is a Sales and Business development professional in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.  He also recently became a licensed Massachusetts Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
