Biography
2018-19:
- Competed in eight meets as a junior
- Had four first place finishes during the season, including three wins in the 100yd backstroke
- Had 14 top five finishes during the season, including ten solo events
- Placed 5th in the 100yd backstroke at the NE10 Championships
2017-18:
- Competed in nine meets as a sophomore
- At the first meet of the season (9/30), she came in first place in each event she competed in
- Did not crack a top-five event finish in only two out of the nine meets
- Had 21 top-five finishes, 15 top-three finishes
- Broke multiple records at the NE10 Championships including, 100yd backstroke (2/10), 200yd backstroke (2/11), and her team broke the record on the 200 medley relay (2/8)
- Broke the team record during the 400 medley relay at the Gompei Invitational
2016-17:
- Competed in all eight events in 2016-17
- Posted a pair of third-place finishes against Saint Michael’s (11/11) in the 200m Medley Relay & 100m Back, as well as a 1st-place swim in the 200m Free Relay Â
- Notched a third-place finish against Siena (11/12) in the 200m Back & a 1st-place finish in the 400m Free Relay
- Had a pair of 1st-place finishes against Brandeis (1/20) in the 100m & 200m Back
- Finished with a pair of 2nd-place finishes against New England (1/21) in the 200m Medley Relay and 100m Back, as well as a 1st-place finish in the 50m Back
- Had a 1st-place finish against Bentley (1/29) in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay
- Swam in the 200 & 400 Yard Medley Relay, 100 Yard Backstroke, 200 & 400 Yard Freestyle Relay at the NE10 Championships
- Earned a school record in the 100 & 200 Back, 200 Free Relay, and 400 Medley Relay
Before Merrimack: Four-year member of the swim team at Ludlow ... Qualified for Sectionals and States all four years at Ludlow ... Broke high school record as a junior, then re-broke that record as a senior ... Also swam for the PVAA club team.
