Missie Bankes completed her third season as an assistant on the Merrimack College women's swimming program during the 2021-22 campaign.
She has been an assistant on Erin Cammann's staff during all three years so far in the school's NCAA Division I reclassification. It's been a successful transition to the top level of collegiate swimming, as five separate school records have been broken with Bankes on the staff, including three during the 2019-20 season. Jordan Clements has become one of the top swimmers in program history in the past three years, as she personally broke three of those records, while Lucia Quesada Nylen (100 free) and Skylar Pemberton (50 butterfly) have also rewritten program history.
