Before Merrimack: Four-year letterwinner at Thomaston ... As a freshman went 14-2 at No. 4 singles while leading team to 14-2 record ... As a sophomore, anchored No. 1 singles spot and finished 12-4 ... As a junior once again played No. 1 singles, won Coaches' Award and was named team captain ... Berkshire League tournament champion as an individual during senior season and named a conference all-star ...
