• Ran in eight events as a sprinter during the indoor season 
• Had three top-five finishes 
• Placed third in the 4x400m (4:11.96) at the Emmanuel Opener 
• Placed third in the 4x400m (4:18.77) at the Brandeis Invitational 
• Placed fifth in the 4x200m (2:00.37) at the Dartmouth Invitational

2018-19

Indoor Track and Field:

• Ran in seven indoor meets for the Warriors in 2018-19
• Set a personal record in the 55 meter sprint, crossing the line at the USM Invitational with a time of 8.11 seconds (1/26)
• Saw a third place and fourth place finish, running a leg in the 4x200 meter relay

• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season
• Finished inside the top ten in two individual events, and seven relay events; ran a leg in both the 4x100 relay and the 4x400 relay
• Posted two top ten finishes in the 200 meter at both the SNHU Spring Invitational (4/6) and the Merrimack Invitational (4/18)

2017-18

Indoor Track & Field

• Competed at five meets her sophomore year
• Posted a new personal-best in the 55m (8.35) at the USM Open III (1/27)
• Best finish was 4^th place during the 4x200 event (1:53.64) at the Bowdoin College Invitational (1/20)

• Competed at four meets during the outdoor season
• Placed ninth on the 4x100 relay team at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5)
• Had a ninth place finish in the 200m dash (28.50) and a fourth-place finish on the 4x100 relay team at the Merrimack Invitational (4/21)

Before Merrimack: Member of the track & field team at Andover ... Part of D1 Eastern Mass. State Champion team in spring as a junior and senior ... Rana with 4x400m relay team that scored winning point at State Championships, placed at All-States and was on the Spring Track Honor Roll as a junior ... Ran the 800m and 1600m sprint medley relay at New Balance Nationals as a junior ... Captain for both the winter and spring seasons as a senior ... Ran with 4x200m relay team that placed at D1 State Meet and ran the 4x200m and 800m SMR at New Balance Nationals as a senior ... Named Merrimack Valley All-Conference as a senior.
