  • Coached at Merrimack College for both the indoor and outdoor 2021-2022 season. Focused on sprints and hurdles.
  • Led student athletes to multiple PRs and moving up the top 5 list.
  • Coached Aaron Gable to a 3rd place conference finish in the 100mH along with other greatperformances.
  • Coached sprints and hurdles at Mount Holyoke College for the 2019-2020 season.
Also help put together their lift and relay teams.

  • Was a student athlete for indoor and outdoor track and field at Westfield State University for all four years.
  • Two-year captain her junior and senior year.
  • Received the MASCAC Sportsmanship Award in 2018 and 2019.
  • Was on the MASCAC All-Conference Student Achievement for all four years.
  • Apart of the All-American Academic Team and Individual in 2018 and 2019.
  • 18x MASCAC Champion, 8 of them individual, 10 are relays.

  • Finished seventh in the 2019, Indoor NCAA Championship in the 400m. naming me an All-American.
  • Finished fourth at the 2019 Outdoor NCAA Championship for the 400m hurdle, becoming a two time All-American.
