2019-20 (Indoor)

• Bronze Medalist in the shot put at the NEC Championships
• Competed in twenty-four events during the indoor season 
• Set three personal records and had eleven top-five finishes 
• Set a PR in the 60H (9.47) at the Emmanuel Opener 
• Set a PR in the Pent (3123) at the Harvard Meet 
• Also set a PR in the SP (12.83m) in the NEC Championship 
• Placed second in the SP (12.58), fifth in the HJ (1.50m), and second in the 60H (9.47) at the Emmanuel Opener 
• Placed fifth in the HJ (1.55m) at the Joe Donahue Opener 
• Placed first in the SP (12.29m), third in the HJ (1.56m), first in the 60H (9.51), and third in the 60H (9.58) at the Bowdoin Invitational 
• Placed fourth in the SP (12.06m) at the USM Invite
• Placed fifth in the SP (11.89m) at the Dartmouth Invitational 
• Placed third in the SP (12.83m) at the NEC Championship

2018-19

Indoor Track and Field

• Competed in nine meets during the indoor season
• Finished two pentathlons, placing 15^th at the Harvard Multi (1/11) and sixth at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/16)
• Posted one first place finish at the Bowdoin Invite in the shot put, throwing for a distance of 11.78 meters.
• Took eleven top ten finishes on the season, including landing inside the top ten at five separate events at the Bowdoin Invite (1.19); 60 meter hurdles, 4x200, high jump, and shot put
• USTFCCCA All-Region Team for both the Heptathlon and Javelin

• Competed in eight outdoor meets for the Warriors
• Set a personal record in the 100 meter hurdles at the SNHU Spring Invitational, running a time of 15.87 (4/6)
• Finished eighth in the Mondschein Multi heptathlon, setting a career-best with 4,049 total points and fish place finishes in both the shot put and javelin
• Broke personal records in both the discus and javelin at the Merrimack Invitational (4/18), throwing for 38.49 meters and 39.03 meters
• Set a personal record in the shot put at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational, throwing for a distance of 11.90 meters (4/27)
• Jumped for a height of 1.59 meters in the NE10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, setting a personal record in the high jump with a sixth place finish (5/3)

2017-18

Indoor Track & Field

• Competed at seven meets her sophomore year
• Posted a new personal-best in the 800m (2:58.92) at the Harvard Multi Meet (1/12-1/13)
• Finished with a new personal-best in the 60-hurdle event (9.65) at the UMass Boston Winter Open (12/2)
• Posted a new personal-best in the pole vault event (2.28m) at the Rhode Island Track & Field Invitational (12/9)
• Posted a new personal-best in the long-jump event (4.72m) at the UMass Boston Winter Open
• Had a new personal-best in the shot-put event (11.85m) at the Rhode Island Track & Field Invitational (12/9)
• Posted a new personal-best in the pentathlon (2948) at the NE10 Indoor Championship (2/17-2/18)

• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season
• Finished in seventh during the heptathlon at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5) with a score of 3,881. She finished in the top-10 in five of the events of the heptathlon, including a first place finish in the shot put (11.13m). Also set a personal record in the shot put (11.74m)
• During the Merrimack Invitational (4/21), she finished in the top six in all seven events, highlighted by a second-place finish in the 100m hurdles (16.11), a personal best.

2016-17

• Placed 1st in the shot put at the Harvard Multi Meet
• Placed 2nd in the shot put at the 2017 Bowdoin Indoor Invitational #2

Outdoor Track & Field

• Placed 2nd in the javelin throw and 3rd in the shot put at the 2017 UNH Wildcat Invitational
• Placed 1st in the shot put and the javelin throw at the Holy Cross Multi-Event Meet 2017
• Placed 2nd in the shot put and the javelin throw and javelin throw at the NE-10 Track and Field Championship

Before Merrimack: Member of the track & field team at Oliver Ames ... Hockomock League All-Star and Enterprise All-Scholastic as a sophomore, junior and senior ...
