• Posted a new personal-best in the 3000m (11:14.30) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9-2/10)
• Posted a new personal best in the 5000m (19:18.73) at the 2018 NE10 Indoor Championship (2/17-2/18)
• Recorded three top-20 finishes over the course of the season

2014-15

Cross Country

• Participated in all seven events for the Navy and Gold
• Recorded four top-40 finishes
• Season-best performance 16th-place at Kirsh Cup (9/13).

Indoor Track & Field

• Competed in five meets as a freshman
• Finished 21st in the 3000m run at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/21)
• Placed 11^th in the 3000m at the Gordon Kelly Invitational (2/14)
• Recorded a season-best time of 11:37.03 in the 3000m at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/7).

Outdoor Track & Field

• Competed in four meets
• Posted an 11^th place finish in the 5000m run with a season-best time of 19:38.08 at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational (4/18)
• Finished 35^th in the 5000m at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1-2)
• Placed 13^th in the 5000m at the Tufts Snowflake Classic (3/28).

Before Merrimack: Four-year letterwinner at Conard ... Earned All-Academic honors each season ... Led team to conference crown as a freshman, junior and senior ...
