In his role as Senior Equipment Manager, Isgur will oversee the primary equipment room for all 28 of Merrimack's athletic teams, including purchasing, inventory control, laundry, repair, and return of equipment, uniforms and apparel. He will also serve as the liaison between the athletic department and New Balance. 
 
Prior to joining Merrimack, Isgur served as the Athletic Operations/Equipment Manager for Stonehill College in North Easton, Mass. At Stonehill, he oversaw the Equipment Room for all 23 varsity programs. He also coordinated the shift of the department's athletic apparel supplier to BSN.                                   
 
Before joining Stonehill, Isgur served as an Equipment Operations Assistant for Yale University Athletics. In his role with the Bulldogs, Isgur served the teams housed out of the Yale Bowl Complex, including Baseball, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Tennis and Track and Field. During his time at Yale, Isgur was a member of the support staff of the Bulldogs 2022 Ivy League Champion Football team. 
 
Prior to joining Yale, Isgur served as the Assistant Athletic Equipment Manager and Head Football Equipment Manager for Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. He served as the primary Equipment Manager for the football team while assisting with all other varsity sports. While at Morgan, he also assisted in the department’s move to Under Armour as the department’s official apparel provider.  
 
Prior to his time at Morgan, Isgur served as the Equipment Room Graduate Assistant for his Alma Mater, Sacred Heart University. With the Pioneers, he served as the primary equipment contact for the Equestrian, Bowling, Tennis, and Wrestling teams, while assisting with Football Equipment Operations. Isgur also spent the 2016 NFL season as a Seasonal Equipment Intern with the Chicago Bears. 
 
Isgur graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management, while serving as a Student Manager with the Pioneer Football Team. He received his Master's Degree in Sport Communication with a concentration in Athletic Communication and Promotion in 2019 from Sacred Heart. 
 
Isgur has been a Certified Equipment Manager with the Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA) since 2019. 
 
A native of Newbury, MA, Isgur resides in Waltham, with his wife Ashley and his son Joseph.
