Coach Walsh enters his second season on the Merrimack College football staff in 2022 and will work primarily with the Offensive Line & Scout Defense.  Before Fall ‘22, Coach Walsh served as Running Backs coach during Spring ’22 and Scout Defensive coach during the ’21 Fall season.

 
Prior to Merrimack, Coach Walsh coached at Framingham State University from 2017-2020 where FSU won the MASCAC championship in 2019 & 2018.  Coach Walsh served as Defensive Line Coach for the 2018-2020 seasons and as Tight Ends coach in 2017.  Notable athletes coached at Framingham State include current Seattle Seahawks OLB Joshua Onujiogu.

From 2003 – 2016 Coach Walsh was the head coach of Saint Clement High School in Medford MA. During his tenure as head coach St. Clement won the 2013 Division 6 North Championship and the 2015 & 2013 CCL Championships. Notable athletes coached at St. Clement were 2021 NFL 7^th round draft choice and current Miami Dolphin Larnel Coleman as well as Merrimack Alumni and WR Michael Julce.

From 2007-2008 Coach Walsh was the Head Coach of the EFL’s Charlestown Townies winning the 2008 EFL Championship.
