Rob Livingstone

Rob Livingstone was hired at Merrimack College in August of 2024 as the Assistant Athletic Director of Strength and Conditioning. His primary responsibilities include Football, Women’s Ice Hockey, department operations and the role of Fellowship supervisor. Prior to Merrimack, he was the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Williams College for 13 years overseeing 32 sports. 
 

With over 25 years of strength and conditioning experience Rob has trained numerous Olympic and professional athletes, including several 1st round draft picks and Olympic medalists. Coach Livingstone has been a strength and conditioning coach at Jacksonville State University, Philadelphia Phillies Organization, Jacksonville University, University of Georgia and Norcross High School. He also was a Business Director at Velocity Sports Performance and the current owner of www.roblivingstonestrength.com.

 

Rob graduated from Jacksonville State University with an Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition, and a Master’s degree in Physical Education. He also played collegiate baseball at Southern Union State Community College and Jacksonville State University. Rob is currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.  He was recently named Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the CSCCa and is Mental Health First Aid certified.
