After posting the best finish among Division II Athletes at the 2018 Outdoor New England Championships, Merrimack College women's track & field senior Lauren MacGregor has been named the Women's Fuddruckers Athlete of the Week.

The Salem, N.H. native placed third in the triple jump event at this past weekend's New England Championships in Hanover, N.H. among the best athletes in the region from all programs from all three NCAA Divisions (I, II, and III). She had a final leap of 11.61m, putting her ahead of four NE10 schools and several Division I programs.
