CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Competing in the program's fourth appearance at the renowned Head of the Charles Regatta on the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass., the Merrimack College women's rowing program culminated its fall season with a 24
th-place finish in the Women's Collegiate Fours event on Sunday afternoon.

How It Happened
- Merrimack finished with a time of 19:33.323 to rank among the top two-thirds of the crews entered in Women's Collegiate Fours
- The University of New Hampshire won the event with a pace-setting time of 18:20.141, finishing three seconds ahead of the second-place team
- The Navy and Gold finished ahead of prominent programs from NC State, Bryant and Army West Point
- The Warriors' 2017 time was faster than last year's Collegiate Fours unit that crossed the finish line in 11th place, which ranks as the best finish at the HOCR in program history
