NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College field hockey program will step onto the turf at Merrimack Stadium for the first time on Tuesday afternoon when the Warriors host the Bentley University Falcons in a crucial Northeast-10 Conference contest at 4 p.m.
NE10 Postseason Outlook:
The top-six finishers advance to the NE10 Championship, which begins with opening round action on Tuesday, Oct. 31. The semifinals and finals will be played on Friday, Nov. 3, and Sunday, Nov. 5, respectively will all contests occurring at the site of the higher remaining seed. Merrimack controls its own destiny entering Tuesday, and can clinch a postseason berth with a win and an Adelphi loss on Wednesday.

- A win for the Warriors on Tuesday combined with an Adelphi loss on Wednesday will ensure the Warriors a NE10 Championship berth. Regardless of other results from around the conference, the Warriors will guarantee themselves a playoff spot with two wins this week
- Hammond needs just one point this week to pick up the program's first 40-point season since 2013. She needs two goals this week to become just the third Warrior ever and first since 2012 to have a 20-goal season
- McNeil's ninth assist on Saturday moved her into a tie for third in the NE10 in helpers, while she is among the top-five nationally in assists per game
- Ohmen is one of five keepers in the country with a save percentage above .800 and one of only two in the NE10 to boast that distinction. Her 7.27 saves per game average also ranks sixth nationwide.

- Merrimack will look to make it two wins this season against the Falcons after a 3-2 triumph in Waltham back in September
