Results: NE10 Championships Day 1
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The Merrimack College men's track & field team completed the first day of the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships on Saturday on the campus of Smith College.

Day 1:
- Ryan Nesta ran a time of 7.21 seconds in the 60m dash and had a personal-best throw of 12.25 meters in the shot put event. He combined for 1431 points in those two events of the on the first day of the heptathlon.
- Jacob Robinson qualified for the finals with a time of 22.29 seconds in the 200m dash preliminary event.
- The distance medley relay team of Niall Couglin, Eric Rosario, Connor Murphy, and Keith Steinbrecher finished third in the event. Their time of 10:04.78 was an NCAA Division II Championship provisional qualifier and a school record.
- Christian Gentile placed sixth in the 5000m run. His time of 15:11.17 broke a personal record by over 10 seconds and was second on the programs all-time list.
- John Sava ran a time 15:37.21 in the 5000m run, a personal-best and fifth on the school record list.
