NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Four days after a midweek matchup against an East Coast Conference (ECC) team on Long Island, the Merrimack College women's lacrosse team head back to New York for a Sunday morning tilt against the ECC's Saint Thomas Aquinas. • Feminella responded with two more of her own before the Mavericks pushed ahead with two more, making it a 15-11 game with 6:35 left. Catherine Mahana and Feminella found the back of the net in the closing minutes of regulation, but the Warriors would get no closer than two goals before the final horn sounded.
