- The veteran pairing of senior Lauren Persson and junior Mia Briggs staked Merrimack to an advantage with a 6-1 lead at third doubles. Senior Mana Seifaei and freshman Kristina Calistro secured the doubles point with a hard-fought 6-4 victory at No. 1
- Persson (6-3, 6-3) and freshman Rosemary Campanella (6-3, 6-4) picked up straight-sets victories at second and fifth singles, respectively, to move Merrimack within a point of taking the match
- Salts recovered from a slow start to guarantee a Warriors victory. The rookie picked up 7-5 triumphs in both sets, maintaining her perfect league record through five matches
