NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – With a chance to move up to fourth place in the Hockey East standings, the Merrimack College women's ice hockey program plays host to Providence College Friday night inside Lawler Rink. Providence has beaten the Warriors in its first two meetings this season.

The two programs are currently tied for fourth in Hockey East standings, with less than a month left in the regular season. Although the Friars will own the tiebreaker over Merrimack despite Friday's outcome, the Warriors could bump Providence out of the top four for the first time all season.
