Kaylee Thomas had a career-high 18 points including 11 in the fourth quarter to lead the Merrimack College women's basketball team over the University of New Hampshire on Saturday night. Senior
Denia Davis-Stewart chipped in her fourth double-double in as many games with 18 points and 14 rebounds. With the win, the Warriors moved to 2-2 in their first Division I season.

- Merrimack and UNH traded buckets in the first quarter ending with a score of 8-8. Davis-Stewart led the way with six points and four rebounds in the quarter. UNH spread the ball around having four different players score in the quarter.
- A couple minutes into the second quarter UNH went on a 6-0 run to give them a 20-14 lead. Mariah Gonzalez and Ashley Storey both scored during the run to give the Wildcats a six-point lead. By the end of the quarter the Warriors tied the game up at 25 after knocking down their free throws. Freshmen Diamond Christian, sophomore Kate Mager, senior Emily Houle, and Thomas all scored down the stretch to tie it up for the Warriors at the end of the half.
- The Wildcats went on a 7-0 run in the third quarter, giving them a seven-point lead with 5:43 remaining in the quarter. Merrimack came storming back to take a one-point lead, highlighted by a Thomas three in the corner. Merrimack took a three-point lead going into the fourth after a Thomas jumper in the paint.
- The fourth quarter came around and the teams traded buckets for the first five minutes. After the under five media timeout Thomas went on a 7-0 run by herself to give Merrimack a six-point lead with 1:05 left in the game. The Warriors knocked down their free throws at the end of the game to give them a 64-54 win over the Wildcats.
