NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's soccer team will hope to carry momentum into its Northeast Conference (NEC) battle against Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday; the Warriors defeated Manhattan on Senior Day on Sunday, 5-3. Their game will kick-off at 12 p.m. at University Stadium in Teaneck, N.J.
Five Things to Know:
- The Warriors exploded for five goals last game, all coming from different players. It marked the program's first-ever Division I victory on campus at Martone-Mejail Field
- Junior Nicole Langlois was finding her teammates easily last game, totaling 2 assists in the contest. Classmate Bridget Austin was named a NEC Primtime Performer after her three-point effort and five-point week.
- Senior goalkeeper Erin Fulton has been very impressive by only allowing 12 goals in almost 500 minutes played this season
- This is the first-ever matchup between Merrimack and Fairleigh Dickinson
- Fairleigh Dickinson was most recently shutout by West Virginia, 2-0
