  • Merrimack's offense continued late in the first half, with a Wainwright shot on goal with a fingertip save leading to another corner. Erin Tyldesley took the corner kick service with a ball that fell to the top of the box. Merrimack pressured the defenders, as Abigail Cieri stepped up and fired a shot to the right side post, tucking it in for her third of the year.
  • The Warriors offense continued to pressure throughout the match, posting seven shots on goal and 13 shot attempts. Both goals for Merrimack stemmed from corner kicks, with the squad taking 10 corners in the game, with seven coming in the first half.
