AMESBURY, Mass. –
Merrimack College men's hockey sophomore goaltender,
Hugo Ollas, was named the Hockey East Goaltender of the Month, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.
In four games, Ollas posted a 3-1 record through the month of November, finishing with a 1.01 goals against average and a .958 save percentage with 96 saves. He also posted a shutout streak of 170:48. He is currently first in the Hockey East conference and fourth in the nation for goals against average with 1.80.
The Warriors will be on the road to play games against UMass and Providence this week on Wednesday the 7th and Saturday the 10th.
