STATEN ISLAND, N.Y – NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships concluded today in New York, with
Kaleigh Lane and
Samantha LiPetri competing in the finals. The pair had strong performances in their respective events, finishing eighth (Lane) and fourth (LiPetri) over the best of the Conference.

- Kaleigh Lane finished eighth in the finals of the 500m, with a time of 1:20.78
- Samantha LiPetri took fourth place in the finals of the 800m. LiPetri finished at 2:18.82, which is nearly a two-second improvement on her preliminary qualifying time.
