SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Merrimack College baseball team suffered a loss in game two of the three game series with Bryant University on Friday afternoon.
Braydon Dolbashian had three hits for the Warriors, including a RBI triple in the fourth.
Michael Golankiewicz also had three hits and two RBI's for the Warriors in the defeat.

- Alex Haba reached on an error by the catcher to lead off the first. Golankiewicz then singled to the right side to put two runners on with one out. Dolbashian then singled home the first run of the game after a deep shot to left. Andrew Selima singled to the right side, scoring another run for the Warriors. Thomas Crowley then doubled home a run, giving the Warriors a three run lead in the first. The Bulldogs added four runs in the bottom half of the first to take a one-run lead. In the bottom of the second Merrimack starter Wyatt Villella leaves a runner stranded on first. Kurtis Stadnicki singled to lead off the top of the fourth. He was then advanced to second of a sac bunt. Scott Elliott then drew a walk to put two runners on. Golankiewicz doubled home two runs to give Merrimack back the lead by one. Dolbashian was the next batter and he tripled home Golankiewicz from second, giving the Warriors a 6-4 advantage. Bryant added three runs in the bottom of the fourth to take back a one-run lead.
- Haba singles to lead off the sixth. Dolbashian then doubled to left. The runner coming home was thrown out for the third out of the inning. Vin Zappulla gets the Bulldogs to go down in order in the sixth. Pinch hitter Jake Macchi led off the seventh with a single to the left side. A fielder's choice by Crowley got Macchi out at second. Ben Nelson drew a walk, putting runners on first and second. Merrimack was unable to get either runner across home plate. The Bulldogs added five runs in the bottom of the seventh to go up six.

- Haba's hit streak extends to 12 games, which is the highest on the team.
- Dolbashian has been on a tear against the Bulldogs. In the first two games of the series he has five hits and five RBI's.
