North Andover, M.A.—The Merrimack Warriors Men's soccer team scored first but were defeated by the Northeastern Huskies by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday night at Martone-Mejail Field.
Laurie Goddard got the Warriors off on the right foot, firing them into the lead with his eighth goal of the season a third of the way through the first half.

Northeastern would score the equalizer 15 minutes later to tie the game heading into the break.
Northeastern would score twice in the second half to close out the night proceedings.
