North Andover, M.A.— The Merrimack Men's Hockey Team was defeated by the Boston University Terriers by a score of 4-1 on Friday night at Lawler Arena.

Boston University scored the game's first goal and the first period's only goal just before the halfway point of the first period as the original shot from the point was banged in on the rebound.
In the second, the Terriers would strike early on a five minute powerplay, doubling the lead at 1:36 of the period. The Terriers would add a third goal with 7:11 to play and take the lead into the third.
In the third period, Merrimack found the net early after a pop up shot by Mark Gallant, Ethan Bono swept the shot in to make the score 3-1. The Terriers would score once more in the final minutes to finish the game 4-1.
