North Andover, M.A.—The Merrimack Warriors Men's Hockey team scored three goals in a period for the second consecutive game as they won their final game of the calendar year against the Stonehill Skyhawks by a score of 3-2 on Sunday afternoon.

Merrimack (8-9-1, 2-6-1): 3, Stonehill (0-18-0): 2
Attendance: 2,038
Merrimack out-shot Stonehill 16-6 in the first period but both teams would be scoreless through the opening 20 minutes.
In the second period,
Ty Daneault fired the Warriors into the lead less than two minutes in, and would score his second of the period eight minutes later.
Stonehill got on the board just past the midway point of the period, but the Warriors were able to make the lead two again as
Devlin O'Brien scored 79 seconds later.
The Skyhawks cut the lead back to one on a bounce with less than a minute to go.
In the third,
Zachary Borgiel would make six more saves to collect the win.
