Dover, DE-- The Merrimack College Warriors Baseball team lost the second game of the three-game series against the Delaware State University Hornets on Saturday afternoon.

Delaware State: 5, Merrimack: 4

- The Hornets got the first run of the game with a home run in the third inning. The Warriors tied up the game in the fourth inning with a run from Michael Golankiewicz. Merrimack took the lead in the fifth inning with Alex Haba taking a walk to score a run. Delaware State scored two runs including a home run to take the lead over 3-2 in the fifth inning. Braydon Dolbashian scored a run in the sixth inning to tie the game back up 3-3. Golankiewicz again scored a run in the seventh inning to take the lead for the Warriors. The Hornets, however, closed out the game by scoring a run between the eighth and ninth inning.
