ANDOVER, MASS –
Michael Golankiewicz ripped a single to the right side of the infield in the bottom of the ninth to give the Merrimack College baseball team a 7-6 victory over Bryant University on Wednesday.

The scoring got started in the second inning after a solo home run from
Frankie Ferrentino.
Braydon Dolbashian then launched a three-run home run of this own to give the Warriors a two run lead.
Matthew Chatelle reached on an error in the bottom of the fifth, scoring Golankiewicz from third. Merrimack was now up by five. The Bulldogs added four runs in the top of the sixth to cut the advantage to one.
Scott Elliott scored on a passed ball in the bottom half of the sixth to bump the lead up to two. A solo home run from Bryant in the top of the eighth, slicing the lead in half. The Bulldogs added a run in the top of the ninth to tie the game at six. In the bottom half of the ninth, both Elliott and
Alex Haba got on after getting hit by a pitch. Golankiewicz then laced a single to the right side of the infield, scoring Elliott from third and giving Merrimack the win.
