North Andover, MA -- The Merrimack Warriors Softball team will begin their NEC Conference Softball Tournament run this Thursday when they take on the #1 seed and tournament hosts Saint Francis University in the opening round. The tournament is a double elimination format and all games can be seen on ESPN3 and NEC Front Row.
The Warriors have won 11 of their conference games this season and look to make a run in the double elimination tournament. The Warriors will be led by
Ellen Hubbard (.412 batting average, #1 hitter in the conference) and
Courtney Lanpher (.336 Batting Average, #6 hitter in the conference), while on the pitching side with
Bry Michitson (#2 in pitching with a 2.31 ERA). Game time is now set for 12 PM on Thursday. The first game against St.Francis University can be seen on ESPN3. The links to watch the game one live and view the live stats are located in the sidebar on the right side of the page.
