North Andover, MA-- Scott Elliott walked off the Sacred Heart Pioneers in style as his grand slam propelled Merrimack Baseball team to a 5-3 victory on Thursday afternoon.

The Warriors took the lead first in the fourth inning as
Braydon Dolbashian hit into a double play but
Scott Elliott crossed the plate to put Merrimack ahead 1-0.
Sacred Heart would tie the game in the sixth inning with a solo home run and take the lead in the eighth, scoring twice to make the score 3-1.

In the ninth, the Warriors would load the bases after a
Stephen Santarpia walk, a
Christian Gemelli single, and a second walk in the inning by
Michael Golankiewicz,
Scott Elliott would come to the plate and hit the 1-0 pitch over centerfield wall to win the game for Merrimack in dramatic fashion.

The Warriors will complete their regular season with a doubleheader tomorrow against Sacred Heart, game times are set for 11 PM and 1:30 PM. Senior Day Celebrations will be held in between games 1 and 2.
