Amherst, MA- The Merrimack Women's Softball team won their last regular season game as they rolled over the UMass Minutewomen by a score of 6-1 on Wednesday afternoon.
The Warriors jumped out to a lead they did not relinquish in the third inning as
Courtney Lanpher doubled home
Ellen Hubbard for the games first run.
Sydney Samuel made the lead two as she scored Lanpher on a single two batters later.

UMass scored their first run of the game in the bottom half of the third but the Warriors scored two more runs in the fifth as Lanpher scored Hubbard again, and Lanpher scored on a
Madison Cerpa single as the next hitter. The Warriors put the cap on the win with their third two run inning, this time in the seventh as Cerpa doubled scoring Lanpher again and she herself scored on a wild pitch.
