Field Hockey Downed By Northeastern

DEDHAM, MASS. – The Merrimack College field hockey lost its third straight game of the season to Northeastern University on Sunday afternoon.

Rapid Recap
Less then a minute into the game, the Huskies struck first. Five minutes later, Northeastern scored again to go up by two. Julie Wester had the first shot of the game for the Warriors. Two minutes into the second quarter, Wester would find the back of the net. Paige Degeorge would get the assist on the goal. The Huskies would score once to head into halftime up two. Less then a minute into the second half, Northeastern would score to go up three. The Huskies would add their final goal of the game in the 49th minute to go up four.

Wester would finish the game with four shots, two of them on goal.
Brooke Bolduc would finish the game with seven saves.
