Rapid Recap
The Warriors were looking for their fourth straight win and early all signs looked good as they were up 7 to 2. Le Moyne quickly responded taking the lead at 10 to 7 and the two teams would go into the first break knotted up at 14 a piece. The second quarter the Dolphins went up by three before Merrimack went on a furious run, ending the half on a 16 to 5 rout and going into the half up 30 to 22.
The third quarter was once again an issue for Merrimack, as it has been for a handful of games this season. The Warriors lead quickly dissipated and we were tied at 30 apiece before the blink of an eye. The two teams were trading buckets before Le Moyne gained full control in the final minute and went into the final frame up 43 to 38. Merrimack fought to regain the lead in the fourth but came up short as Le Moyne had an answer for just about every bucket the Warriors had. MC would end up losing this one 64 to 57 as the Dolphins completed the season sweep of Merrimack.
